OAH - will it exist in India?

The Prof Said that with the younger generation leaving parents and settling in metros because of jobs, Old Age Homes will gradually rise and be easily accepted by society.
Easy acceptance, yes does come for everthing that is logical but whether Old Age Homes will rise and continue to rise or follow a bell shaped curve or doesn't emerge at all is to be seen.
Jobs led GenY to move in Delhi, Bombay, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Chennai, Noida..the industrial and service sector continues to rise with the result that these metros have no space to accomodate the new offices and the new people... foreseeing all this, the government did allocate SEZs in Greater Noida, Faridabad, Chandigarh such that many youngsters of these areas and cities around were not required to leave homes. The scenario is such that SEZs have been alotted even in places like Murthal and one can even see townships emerging out there. In nutshell, industrialization and hence jobs are moving from NCR down to the dictricts of Haryana. Similar stories can be tracked for various part of the country.
The point is when jobs are available near the homes itself, then the situation returns to what was there with our parents or grandparents thus defeating the purpose of OAH. The growth stated above has happened in the past 3-4 years and the acceptance of OAH is still nil. I believe if the growth rate continues the way it is, and each state govt. plans the industrialization of it's state well, then till the time OAH becomes a norm, their need would have been diminished. :)
Seems to be a win win situation for all :)
